Stellantis’s Audrey Moore Receives Award at 2025 Chicago Auto Show

During the media preview for the 2025 Chicago Auto Show on February 6, Audrey Moore, vice president and chief engineer of North American sedan programs at Stellantis, was presented with the prestigious What Drives Her Trailblazer Award. The event, now in its eighth year, was hosted by the Chicago Auto Show organizers in partnership with A Girls Guide to Cars and Women in Automotive. The award recognized Moore for her exceptional contributions to the automotive industry and her role in empowering other women in the field.

The What Drives Her event, held at McCormick Place in Chicago, serves as a networking platform, panel discussion, and awards program aimed at celebrating influential women in the automotive industry. It highlights those who are driving change from within the industry and the  advocates who support and encourage this transformation.

Moore’s career with Stellantis spans an impressive 25 years, during which she has held numerous key roles. As chief engineer for the all-new Dodge Charger multi-energy lineup, she led the development of groundbreaking models like the Dodge Charger Daytona R/T and the Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack. These vehicles include the world’s quickest and most powerful muscle car and the first-ever electric muscle car. Moore is also leading the development of the four-door Dodge Charger Daytona models, which are set to hit U.S. dealerships in 2025. The new models, the Dodge Charger SIXPACK H.O. and the Dodge Charger SIXPACK S.O., will feature 550 and 420 horsepower, respectively, and will be powered by the innovative 3.0L Twin Turbo Hurricane engine.

In addition to her work on the Dodge Charger, Moore has contributed to the development of various Jeep® SUV programs, further solidifying her position as a leader in automotive engineering.

The What Drives Her Trailblazer Award is presented to women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, broken down barriers, and paved the way for others by taking on non-traditional roles. The award also honors those who mentor others or lead employee resource groups, empowering others to succeed. In addition to the Trailblazer Award, the event recognizes individuals in the Automotive Ally, Best Retailer, and Best In Craft Automotive Media categories.
