To ensure our customers can still meet all of their car buying needs while practicing social distancing, we're now offering virtual appointments!

Virtual Appointments Through FaceTime or Phone Call

Find the truck or SUV that meets all of your needs on our website by searching through our new and pre-owned inventory pages. We have increased our staff support to handle a higher volume of inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Pick the communication method that works best for you, and make an appointment with a product specialist to discuss the vehicle you're interested in via phone call or FaceTime--your preference!

The duration of your virtual appointment will be as long or as short as you like, but to give our product specialists time to discuss a vehicle in full detail and explain all of your financing options we suggest to set aside 30-60 minutes of your time. During your video call, your product specialist will take a walk-around video of the vehicle for you and show you everything  you would like to see inside. If you're interested, your product specialist will also take the vehicle for a test-drive during your video call. However, if you would prefer to test-drive it for yourself, simply let your product specialist know, and they'll arrange an at-home test drive for you!

Virtual Trade-Ins

We can also do vehicle trade-ins through your virtual appointment as well. Your product specialist will ask you to take a few pictures that can be sent via text or email and ask you a few detailed questions regarding your vehicle. As your product specialist forwards this information to our Used Car Appraiser, we'll also review your vehicle's history reports for an official evaluation.

Find Financing Solutions and Sign Paperwork From Home

After the product specialist has answered all of your questions, you've experienced the test drive via at home or through video, and your trade-in has been evaluated, we'll discuss your financing options. While you decide the solution that works best for you, you can also apply for credit through our website. Once it's time to review and sign paperwork, we'll schedule an appointment that works best for you to have everything signed from your home and drop your new vehicle off.
