This is by far the best experience I have had over my years of purchasing a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2022 Dodge Durango from Keller Brothers. I traveled from Maryland and found my buying experience to be exceptional. Although I arrived a bit late, the entire staff stayed on to finalize my purchase and get me safely on my way home with my new vehicle. The sales specialist Anna, was incredibly professional. Took my truck in cause the check engine light was on and good thing I had that warranty they told me I saved over $1700 just in labor. I bought a pre owned Jeep Willys in January 2023. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and competent. The finance department was great to deal with. The service department however was a disaster. I had warranty work to complete and it was nothing but misinformation and lack of communication the entire time. Fast forward to SEPTEMBER 2023! Sales great! Service advisor great! The conversations over heard by office staff unprofessional to put it mildly . Not friendly answer phones. And new people (staff) all the time. It's hard to have confidence when dealing with a manager and weeks later a new one. Not very comfortable with that.

Updated info: Spoke with Service manager this morning. He picked up my concern and investigated my recent repair in detail. He did a complete review with me on the phone of the timeline of events. He personally verified that the transfer case was not engaging in 4wd and in fact needed replaced. I therefore retract my original statement that the transfer case repair was unnecessary.

Dealt with Bob in sales! He was super pleasant to work with, very attentive and followed up with me when other dealers didn’t. Nice people and great selection of trucks. Only 3 stars because if you’re out of state or overseas, you’re not a priority. When I last purchased a vehicle out of state and shipped it, the entire process took two weeks (different dealership). I’m going on week seven with Keller Bros and still can’t get an answer if my paperwork is finalized. I’ve already put 50% down, set up automatic payments with the bank, and I chase them every other day to figure things out while deployed overseas. I’ve been told at least 5x they’d email ...
